2011 is brining a lot of new and exciting changes at Healthy Ridge Farm. Perhaps the largest of these for you, the consumer, is that we are in the process of completing organic certification! This means that although we are unable to market under the name organic or transitional organic, that all of our production methods will follow natural and organic practices. Then, after the mandatory three year transition, we will be able to apply for full organic certification. This is a very exciting step for us, and we are very proud to be able to make this change.
